Carole Duff holds degrees from Wheaton College in Massachusetts (BA in History), University of Texas at Dallas (MA in Humanities), University of North Texas (MA in Education Administration), and Goucher College (Certificate in Educational Technology). She is a 34-year veteran teacher and mid-management administrator. As an educator, she is an experienced presenter and technical writer including articles published in Educational Leadership (ASCD) and Momentum (NCEA).

Carole lives with her husband Keith and two large rescue dogs in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Virginia. They call their home Vanaprastha – the third stage in Hindu life, forest dwelling. Vanaprastha looks both East and West, a mountain retreat offering solitude and time for reflection.
